Registration fee for participants covers:

  • Admission to the conference sessions
  • Conference documentation
  • Conference name badge
  • Welcome drinks reception
  • Refreshment served during coffee breaks
  • Lunch on both conference days

Payment options

  • credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club - payable upon registration)

Invoicing

A payment confirmation with your (company) details will be sent to the invoicing email address in your registration form within 14 days.

A tax invoice, with your (company) details, will be issued after the conference in November 2019. The invoice will be delivered to the same email address.

Hotel reservation

Please keep in mind that hotel reservation is not a part of the registration process and hotel rooms have to be booked separately.

Cancellations

If a registration is cancelled, no refund can be made. However substitutions are accepted at no further cost. Please inform us about any changes. You can do this by sending us an email.

All registrations can be modified up to 7 days prior to the conference start date. The participant acknowledges that she/he has no right to pursue claims against the organizers if:

  • the conference is hindered or prevented by unexpected political and/or economic events
  • speakers are unable to appear due to force majeure circumstances
  • the program has to be revised for any other reason
